Beauty and stupidity: Yes, they go hand in hand

What is with these moronic people and their fixation on beauty?

Seriously.

I’ve watched these dense men and women constantly chasing after their next boyfriend or girlfriend, and base their entire relationship purely on physical attractiveness.

I’m sorry, but as a general rule, people who are beautiful (and know that they are, or believe themselves to be) have no spine. They have no character and it’s essentially like trying to have a conversation with a turnip.

I admit that I’ve dated a few girls that, while attractive, were a bit (okay, a lot) vacant in the head. But I dumped them within days. Days. Sometimes hours. I also didn’t sleep with them, either. What kind of a person would do such a thing? I can’t wrap my mind around it. Beauty isn’t everything. Attraction is important, sure, but when you sacrifice intelligence and decency, it becomes a burden and nothing more.

The girls that I dumped were shocked. Shocked that I would have the audacity to dump them when they believe themselves to be so beautiful.

And the people that stay with these self absorbed assholes also have the audacity to be surprised when they’re cheated on. Are you stupid? Seriously? No spine, no character, vacant, and without any moral standards, and you think they’re going to be faithful?

Jesus Christ, people. Why don’t you get to know a person before you fuck them? Maybe know them a couple of weeks before hand, know who they are and all that. But noooo… people can’t seem to be bothered, and I can only assume it’s because they’re more concerned with having sex or grasping at whatever semblance of a relationship they’re attempting to have.

But they all deserve to have their hearts broken, and they deserve to be used and I can’t feel sorry for them. At all. And those without character will wake up one day when their beauty has all but faded, and they’ll realize that even with the dozens or hundreds of lovers strung behind them, they have nothing and loved nobody. And they’ll be alone.

The deliciousness of the irony will put a smile in my heart every single time I think about it.
